1.Downward-Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana)

   This pose enhances blood circulation, especially to the face, promoting a healthy glow. It also strengthens the arms, legs, and core while stretching the spine and relieving tension.


Start on your hands and knees.


Lift your hips towards the ceiling, forming an inverted V shape.


Press your heels towards the ground and keep your head between your arms.


Hold for 1-3 minutes.
